We are an approved Tourism Development Company (T. D. C.) facility situated on the main thoroughfare of St. Anns Road, only five (5) minutes away from the main shopping area in the City of Port of Spain.

Our guesthouse offers a clean, secure and comfortable environment for both business and leisure travellers at very competitive and cheap rates starting at US$35. 00 per person per night. We also offer complimentary breakfast and toiletries. Also, our personable service is evident by our testimonials from our past guests.

Samise Villa has been around since 2005. The decision to establish the Villa was to enhance the room stock of Tourist Accomodation in Trinidad in the Government's thrust to develop the Tourism Industry, through the Vision 2020 objectives for the industry as follows:

Samise Villa, even though just started in 2003, would like to provide an accommodation service that is second to none. There are plans for evolution for expansion and offering more services.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

All bookings for accomodation require 50% of the total cost deposited, forty-eight (48) hours after telephone or email reservation via Moneygram Wireless Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer and Paypal.

Any reduction in the amount of days of stay before arrival, will result in a 50% forfeiture of the Booking Deposit.

DIRECTIONS FROM PIARCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

From Piarco International Airport: Drive West on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway and get onto Wrightson Road. Turn right into Colville Street and head North towards the Queen's Park Savannah on Cipriani Boulevard. Drive around the Savannah until you reach the second roundabout on left and make left turn at Queen's Hall. Drive North onto the St. Ann's Main Road.

Pass La Fantasie Road, St. Anns Avenue, Moore Avenue, Fisher Avenue, Syndenham Avenue and drive for about 2 mins and will see the sign on your left, "Samise Villa".
