Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

For individual travellers, our cancellation policy:
01-07 Days – 100%
08-14 Days – 75 %
15-21 Days – 50 %
22-29 Days – 25 %

In the event of a “no show” or cancellation within one week of the confirmed arrival date, the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to l00%. Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds on deposits are at the discretion of the management, are dependent on the ability to re-sell the room, and subject to R250 administration fee.

For reservations made between 22 December and 03 January of every year, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation, and full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation received within 8 weeks of arrival will forfeit all deposits. We strongly suggest that clients contract a travel insurance which will refund them in case of an unforeseen late cancellation.

How to get there

DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE TOWN AIRPORT (28 Kms)

After leaving the airport, follow the sign to the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. Continue until the road starts to rise at the foot of Table Mountain (approximately 11 kms), turn left onto the off ramp signposted to M3 Muizenberg.

Continue on this M3 Highway to the end (approximately 15 kms). At the traffic lights at the top of the ramp, turn right in the direction of Ou Kaapse Weg, and left at the first traffic lights in the direction of Stonehurst. Keep left at the circle and drive down Westlake Avenue until the T junction with Boyes Drive. Turn right into Boyes Drive (M75).

Boyes Drive rises and travels along the mountain contour. Continue for 2. 5 kms and turn left into Old Boyes Drive. Continue down until you reach a hairpin bend. At this point, turn off to the left and keep to the upper road, Verwood Street.

Colona Castle is the first property on the left, painted yellow.
