Description - Bed and breakfast

Our B&B is just splendid: a real 600 years old historically protected Venetian building, with all rooms with a view of the canals or the typical Venetian roofs. Our guests will not lack to appreciate the decoration: furnishings of age as walls covered in silk, huge chandeliers in original Murano glass, pavements in typical Venetian mosaic or parquetry's. Everything here will make you feel as an original noble Venetian.

Wide common spaces for guests to relax, have a drink, have breakfast, taste typical Italian dinners on request, or just socialize and share experiences with people from all over the world.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

The cancellation is free of charge 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this you must pay 100% the room rate for cancellation. In case of NO-SHOW (Failure to arrive) we will charge to the customer 100% of the room rate.

How to get there

From the Rialto Mercato Waterbus stop:
The Rialto Mercato Waterbus stop is at the feet of the Rialto Bridge, between the bridge and the vegetable & fish market. You can reach that point either taking the number 1 Vaporetto, either by foot following the typical YELLOW RIALTO SIGNS from the train station or Bus station.

Keep going straight ahead for 100 ms on the main street going out of the Rialto Mercato waterbus stop, Rugha Vechia San Giovanni. Then you have to turn right into the 4th passage (Calle del Sansoni) on the right side (that one behind the shop 'Arlecchino' which sells masks). At a wall in that passage you will see a black sign indicating the restaurant - Jazz Club 900 -.
