Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

We communicate with our clients that the cancellation of the reservation should reach us no later than 8 days before arrival. Otherwise, we shall be entitled to deduct the amount equal to the cost of a night from your credit card or, in case of bank transfer or postal order to retain the entire amount as a penalty versatoci. Please note that the arrival at the hotel must be made no later than 19.00 (for any delay, please notify at number (+39 081.5529124), subject to automatic cancellation of reservation and subsequent payment of the penalty, will not be made no refund for no-shows (no-show).

From Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi):
take the 'bus CS 0 201, get off at Via Toledo and walk to the facility which is located in the immediate vicinity (30 meters to the right), otherwise always a piazza Garibaldi, take the Metro Line 2 and get off at Montesanto stop, walk away Portamedina and turn left onto Via Pasquale Scura.

By car:
Auotostrade from A1 (Roma - Napoli), A3 (Salerno - Napoli), A16 (Bari - Napoli), take the bypass, exit at Capodimonte, go to Corso Amedeo di Savoia, Via S. Teresa degli Scalzi, Via E. Pessina, along Via Toledo for about 150 meters and turn right in Via Pasquale Scura.
