The first floor is characterized by an outer courtyard, ideal for discuss and eat quietly. The inner part, by vaults and paintings that contribute to create a very romantic and relaxing atmosphere.

A beautiful balcony characterize the first floor, where visitors can immediately notice the wide open spaces and more recent wooden structures, particularly suggestive, even from the point of view of the remarkable height to which is the ceiling. The big windows, which have also the function to directly connect the internal and external surfaces, create an ecellent brightness and contribute to keep the Guesthouse hot. The walls are characterized by a bright yellow color, that relaxes and lets itself constantly contemplate.

The ground flloor has a surface of 160m2. The upper one of 180ms. Both dispose of 3 rooms, a big living room and 2 bathrooms.

The restructuring of the house was completed at the beginning of the year 2013. It can therefore be considered as new, never used before.

Available also: wi-fi, TV, fitness equipment. The use of the kitchen is possible.
