DO NOT STAY HERE!!! HORRIBLE! ... My wife and I live in Italy. My family came over to visit so we decided to take a trip to Rome. We found this supposed B and B on several websites and thought it hit what we are looking for.

The Bed and Breakfast " FRANCESCA B&B " is completly new, and has been rennovated in june 2008, now is ready to
WELCOME YOU !!!!!
It is situated at 250mt from the VaticanMuseum, 250 mt from the stop of the subway "Cipro Musei Vaticani" , and at 500 mt from the St. Peter Square.
It has 2 spacious bed and breakfast rooms of which, one can be either TRIPLE or DOUBLE/TWIN, both with ensuite bathrooms, there also is a tv , dvd, and a central heating system .
All the bed and breakfast rooms have air conditioning.
Most importantly there is a telephone to receive calls, the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
In the price includes daily cleaning, change of the towels and sheets every 5 days.
At few steps you could find good restaurants. banks, pub's and famous shops.
